1000-gallon Aquarium Makeover. Part 1

We’ve recently started working on a new project of rebuilding a 1000 gallon saltwater aquarium in Manhattan. It was neglected for years so it will take some time to make it look beautiful again.

The first step in this project is getting rid of aiptasia. It was not dealt with right away, so it took over the entire tank.

One of our divers jumped in the tank to remove all the live rock, which was entirely covered in aiptasia.

All the live rock is out.
